Biography:
Born in 1984 in France, Mr Pidz started to go to
reggae-dancehall events at the age of 15. He fell
immediatly in love with all styles of jamaican music
from roots anthems to up to di time dancehall so
he decided after a small period of time to create
his own sound system and to write songs. Affiliated
to new-roots singers, he also voices on real
hardcore dancehall riddims. No matter the riddim
is, flow comes from the heart, the feelings, the
vibes!!! Witness of the society we're living in, he
understood the power of music and how much it
could uplift the people and strongly believes that
everything can be done if a person puts his/her
heart and soul in what is wanted to be accomplished.
Both vocalist and lyricist, Mr Pidz has a very wide
range of musical influences which gives him this
faculty to change his vocal style from a tune to
another. He already performed in France in Paris
and the regions of Brittany (his own region) and
Pays Basque but also in the UK mostly in London
as a single singer or with the sound system crew
as the MC. Talking about MCing, he ended up 2nd
best sound of all west of france in 45 soundclash in
2k7 and 2nd again in the west of france soundclash
championship called "the burning cup" in 2k8. Always
working on his album which will be out soon!!!
